1) NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS:
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment a minimum of 24hrs notice is required out of courtesy to the stylist and other guests that desire to obtain an appointment on the same day. Last minute cancelations and no-shows are subject to a fee of 50%-100% of the scheduled service amount.
*No-call no-shows will not permitted to book a new appointment.
2) LATE ARRIVALS:
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling to a different day in order to honor other guests' reservations and are subject to a late fee.
3) DEPOSITS AND RE-BOOKING:
Scheduling requires time, energy, and effort outside of your appointment time at the salon. Appointments are made specifically for your needs and prevents other guests from booking during your desired time. Due to this, in the event that an appointment needs to be rebooked twice a deposit for up to the full amount of the service is required and a $25 rebooking fee may be applied.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for all services that extend beyond a 2.5hr window in order to secure the appointment. The deposit will go towards the remaining balance of the service performed.
*Those who do not wish to leave a deposit are welcome to contact me on a walk-in basis for a day-of appointment.
4) ADDITIONAL GUESTS/HEALTH:
Please do not bring additional guests to your appointment if they are not receiving a service. As a courtesy to myself, other staff and guests let us know immediately if you’re feeling sick.
